How do I book a taxi with Preet All India Taxi?
Enter your pickup and drop city, choose your travel date and tap Search Cabs. Pick a car from the fare list, enter your name and mobile number, and confirm. Our team calls you within a few minutes to confirm the booking. You can also call or WhatsApp us on +91 97799 30815.
Do I have to pay anything in advance?
No advance is needed for most bookings. You pay the driver at the end of the trip by cash or UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm). For airport and late-night bookings we may ask for a small token amount to block the car.
What is a one way taxi and why is it cheaper?
A one way taxi means you pay only for the drop. Normal outstation cabs charge for the return journey too, because the car has to come back empty. We combine your trip with return bookings, so you save up to 40 to 50 percent.
Are toll tax, state tax and parking included in the fare?
Fixed one way fares shown as 'Inc. of taxes' include toll tax and state tax. Parking at airports, railway stations and hotels is paid by the customer. Estimated fares are confirmed on call before the trip.
Can I see the fare before I book?
Yes. Every route page shows the fare for each car type before you book. Fares marked 'Est.' are calculated from the distance and are confirmed by our team on call.
Which cars are available?
Maruti Dzire (sedan), Brezza, Maruti Ertiga, Kia Carens, Toyota Innova Crysta, Innova Crysta 7+1 and Innova Hycross. All cars are clean, air-conditioned and driven by experienced drivers.
Do you provide airport pickup and drop?
Yes. We cover Delhi IGI Airport (T1, T2 and T3), Amritsar Sri Guru Ram Dass Jee International Airport and Chandigarh International Airport, with pickups from every city in Punjab. Share your flight number and we track the flight for arrivals.
Is the taxi available 24 hours?
Yes, our cabs run 24x7, including early-morning airport drops and late-night pickups. For night travel we recommend booking at least a few hours in advance.
Can I book a round trip or a multi-day tour?
Yes. Choose Round Trip, enter your travel days and you will see the estimated fare. Round trip fares are charged per km (minimum 250 km per day) plus driver allowance. Tolls, parking and hill-state entry taxes are extra.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free if you inform us at least 3 hours before the pickup time. Just call or WhatsApp us with your booking ID.
Is it safe for women and senior citizens to travel alone?
Yes. Our drivers are verified, and we share the driver's name, mobile number and car number before pickup. Many families book us regularly for elderly parents and students travelling alone.
Do you go outside Punjab?
Yes. We are an all India taxi service. Popular trips include Delhi, Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala, Katra (Vaishno Devi), Jammu, Haridwar, Rishikesh, Jaipur and Agra.
