Booking

A booking is confirmed only after our team calls or messages you with the driver and car details. Fares marked "Inc. of Taxes" are fixed one way fares including toll and state tax. Fares marked "Est." are estimates based on distance and are confirmed on call before the trip.

Fare and payment

• One way fares cover a direct drop from the pickup city to the drop city. Extra pickups, drops or detours are charged extra.
• Parking at airports, railway stations, hotels and monuments is paid by the customer.
• Round trips are charged per km with a minimum of 250 km per day, plus driver allowance. Tolls, parking and state entry taxes are extra on round trips.
• Night charges may apply for driving between 10 pm and 6 am on round trips.
• Payment is made to the driver or our office by cash or UPI, unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellation

Cancellation is free up to 3 hours before pickup. For later cancellations, or if the car reaches and the trip is cancelled, a fair compensation for the driver's time and fuel may be charged.

Waiting and luggage

Reasonable waiting time is included at pickup. Longer waiting may be charged. Luggage beyond the car's capacity, or a carrier, should be told at the time of booking.

Conduct and safety

Smoking and alcohol are not allowed in the car. The driver may refuse to continue the trip if passengers behave in an unsafe manner. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or events outside our control.
